Life insurance exams may include physical measurements, vital signs, a health questionnaire, and blood and urine sample collection. The Life Insurance Agency makes the requirement of additional exam elements.
Preparing for exam:
- Current medication list
- Gather medical information
- Major illnesses, surgical procedures
- Dates
- Treatments/Outcomes
- Provider information
- Drink plenty of water
- Fasting may be required for blood testing. Fasting means no eating or drinking, except for water, for 8-10 hours before the blood draw.
